For over 20 years, Harold Collins has been a champion for the health and well-being of children and families in Shelby County. Through strategic partnerships with medical providers, he has led health fairs that have served nearly 20,000 children—ensuring they are prepared for school with the healthcare support they need to thrive in a healthy learning environment.
Harold has been at the forefront of the Regional One Health rebuild, standing firm in his commitment to strengthening our Level One Trauma Center, a critical lifeline for our community, and ensuring the protection of our most vulnerable newborns in the neonatal unit. His vision and experience have made a lasting impact—because when it comes to the health and safety of Shelby County, Experience Matters!
